The Information We Collect

Registration: When you create a MOLANIS account, you will be asked to provide us with your name and e-mail address. You may (but are not required to do so) provide additional information such as age, gender, and location. Such information is used to fill out your online profile so that MOLANIS or other members can learn more about you.

Making a purchase:  Orders placed with us for MOLANIS products will require additional personal information, including credit card information with billing address. This information will be requested and processed by PayPal using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption. MOLANIS does not have access to this information. PayPal will not share your credit card information with us, and will treat your personal information in accordance with its privacy policies. If you are located in a country outside of the United States, you consent to the transfer of your personal information outside of your jurisdiction.

Information we automatically track: While on our site, we automatically log certain information about how you are using our site. This information may include the URL that you just came from, your IP address and the pages you visit while on our site.

If your browser is set up to accept them, we also use a feature known as a “cookie”. Cookies contain bits of information that Web sites transfer to your computer’s hard drive for record keeping purposes. Cookies can make the Web more useful by storing information about your preferences on a particular site, such as ours. At MOLANIS, session cookies are used to facilitate your navigation of our Web site.

Advertising networks that serve ads onto our site may also use cookies, but please note that we neither control, nor have access to, those cookies. These advertisers’ use of cookies are subject to their own privacy policies and not that of MOLANIS.

To Contact You: Once you’ve established your MOLANIS account, we may use your information to contact you from time to time to send news of product upgrades, or to offer support services. Information Sharing and Disclosure

MOLANIS may share user information with partners and may sell user information to any third party.

Discussion Board: On our Discussion Board, you are publicly identified by your user or screen name. If you choose your full name as your username, you have voluntarily disclosed that information to the MOLANIS community. Similarly, any information you provide in your public profile is for public consumption. The same is true for any personally identifiable information (such as an e-mail address) you include in any discussion board posts.

Current or Prospective Advertisers: We only provide aggregate, non-identifiable information to our current and prospective advertisers.

Third Party Service Providers: We may employ the services of third party providers to aid us in certain aspects of our operations (such as the distribution of e-mail updates or conducting support for us). Depending on the services performed, some of these providers may be provided with user information.  These contractors would be subject to confidentiality agreements which limit their use and disclosure of all information they obtain through their relationship with MOLANIS, consistent with this policy.

Legal Requests: We may disclose your personally identifiable information to protect the rights and property of MOLANIS as well as to comply with any applicable law or valid legal process. This includes, but is not limited to requests by government agencies.  We will disclose any information we have in our possession to law enforcement or government officials in response to an inquiry or investigation or if in our sole discretion we believe it is necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation or activity that is or may be illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability.

Forex Strategies and Expert Advisors:  We may monitor scripts (Expert Advisors, Forex Strategy, Forex Signal or similar) added by our users to maintain functionality of our site and if a script interferes with site operations, or otherwise conflicts with product functionality, the offending script will be taken down and a notice sent to the script’s owner. We do not make the content of any script available to third parties.

Children’s Privacy: Our site is not directed at children under the age of 13.

Deactivating Your Account or Editing Your Information: If you want to correct or change information in your profile, please go to http://www.molanis.com and log in. You will either be able to make your changes online, or we will give you instructions.
