Is it possible to apply a moving average to my indicator instead of price? I own custom indi maker but do not know how to program it into the indicator i want to add it to. Thank you in advance.

In the indicator builder you can create an indicator that is the moving average (simple ma) of your indicator, and then you can import it into the strategy builder
