Learning to use Indicator Builder

I created an indicator that creates three lines. A Pivot Line, R1, and S1 that shows the referenced points for each hour's preceeding 24 hour period. Now, I want to create another line that draws a horizontal line marking a Pivot Point for a specific time period, such at 12:00 Midnight EST. Can this be done reasonably? Here is my indicator.

Not possible in the current version. The indicator builder does not have time filters yet.
