Icustom indicator for bb-macd indicator

Does any one know how to program this indicator using the icustom indicator. I am having difficulty in programing the correct buy sell signal.
I tried several ideas without success.

I would greatly appreciate any help.

You posted a strategy file. Do you want to convert that strategy into an indicator?
The = and <> are tricky. For mt4 1.23456 is different than 1.23457 so we advise people to use >= or <= when designing strategies. The probability of having two indicator prices that are equal (all decimals) is too low.
