i am tryng to build a smal indi



its a spread beetween an average of x in the past and an open x time

so i do average of a+b/2 all in a+4 mode so 4 bar before

then put - open +2

dont get anything but code is ok ?

If you don't see your signal, probably it is a range issue. mt auto arrange the chart to show the candles nicely. This means that if price is 1.5 but your signal is for example 0.1 (it's a spread so it's small) so it won't be in the chart. It is too small compared to the price. Try plotting the signal in a separate chart (Change it in START icon)
The indicator builder Version 3.15 does not support => = < and &&. It supports mathematical expressions

in fact my idea is to calculate the spread like that


blue spread when spread is positive means the open happen over that average

and

red when spread is negative with open happen under under that average

Since spreads are too small use a separate chart and use 2 TI icons as explained here viewtopic.php?f=9&t=240&p=883&hilit=mathmin#p883
