Help! I've tried to access both SB and TIB today and get a message saying "Error you are trying to use this software on a second or different computer"...I am ABSOLUTELY NOT using a different computer!!! I have not reinstalled anything...same computer, same software...HELP!!!!!!!!!

The license is generated for a specific pccode (mac address of the active network connection). If your license stopped working you need to verify your pccode and contact us. We cannot discuss or publish your license details in the forum.
