Just recently installed the Indicator Builder 3.2 and got started with the User Guide and per your instructions:
"Drag TI (Technical Indicator) blocks from the Indicator Block Library and drop them into an Indicator Diagram."

No can find library. Where is it?

the Indicator Block Library is where the ti icon is located. it only contains the ti icon
