Strategy not producing trades

Hi,

I am attaching a strategy that is not working on the 1M chart. Could you please look at it for me?

First, if you are not creating multi currency / multitime frame eas use current symbol in symbol and current time frame in timeframe. This way the ea will work in any pair in any timeframe. Testing and backtesting will be easier specially if you are new to MT4
You need to review your technical analysis concepts. Take the ma indicator an add it to a chart, then take the rsi indicator and add it to the chart
Do they cross? No. RSI moves from 0 to 100. MA follows the price (in the 1.3 to 1.5 range). You cannot compare RSI and MA.
