Hey Chaps,

I have an EA which in the simplest terms say, Buy Stock when Williams falls below -20. The purchase terms (Stop loss, Lots e.t.c.) are in variables. I'd like be able to set variables for the indicator threshold and change the William indicator thresholds. I can't see the option on the Indicator+ Icon to substitue the indicator value with a variable. Is there a way to do this using your platform - even if via the MQL+ icon.

Cheers,

John

First define a variable in the mtvar icon (it is hidden so use the option on the Trading Diagram menu to unhide it)
Then use a TA+ or the ea signal builder icon find the user defined number or price to manage the level. for example set it to -20 and next to it assign the variable
