Unfortunatley to get help you need to explain us what you want to acomplish or the issues. Those files do not have any explanation.
On the ea the cross to buy seems fine. it will be active from 0 to 1 position. So if there is a cross it will buy once - not sure what you want to do there, since most of the time when you have a cross you open one position and for that there is no need to count the number of positions
