Clarification of use of "AND" "OR" LOGIC in same strategy

I need to create the following

Strategy with 3 conditions that MUST be met. I would use the "and" logic for this and that works fine by itself.

Then I need some "OR" logic

There are three conditions that can be met in this part and 1 must be met which I understand the "or" logic covers. However how do I put the 2 together. Ie have both and and or in the same strategy. I have played around with this and I can't seem to get it to work. Both logics are attached to the same buy icon but it seems to just choose 1 path or the other. Either the 3 and conditions are met or one of the or conditions only it met.

Is it possible to create a strategy which uses both "and" icons and "or" icons?

If you want something like
If (A AND B AND D) or C then Buy, connect a 3 TAs icon (A and B and D) to AND and then to Buy; then just one TA (C) to Buy
