Pop up window out of range

I have a problem with my monitor. I use a PC with a maximum resolution of 1280x768. When I open the icon TIME, its own resolution is out of the range and I cannot accede to the X upper right corner to close pop up window neither Ok or Cancel button options because I can't see them

. I Use Win7 32 bits Service Pack 1. Any suggestion?

So you cannot increase the resolution in your pc?
The time icon has many options and may need a bigger resolution to show all values. Try moving the window up to see the ok button

That's the problem, I can't move the window and I need this options because I need to run the EA from 21:00 to 09:00 and this feature It's impossible to acomplish with the Start Icon.
I cannot increase the resolution. I have another PC at home with better resolution but the problem is that Molanis is only installed on the little one.
