Where do we enter the email address to receive alerts

For the email alert to work, you need to set up the mt4 email. This is done in mt4 and not in our software. In mt4 go to options - then go to the email tab. You need to enter the email server info. Then you need to test it. After you are sure it works, use the strategy builder to create the email alerts. In the start icon select alert (instead of trade) and turn emails on.

Mind you mt4 email setup is tricky. It works with some (not all) email servers. This is an mt4 issue. You need to make sure the email set up works before using an ea to alert you.
