I have troubles doing an "Every Tick" EA, i don't know, if you put "SHIFT=0 or SHIFT=1" and also, i don't put "PRICE_CLOSE" or another option.

PS: If anyone has an example of "Every Tick EA" please attach it

For every tick most likely you want to use the current bar or shift = 0 (it really depends on the ea logic though)
For the indicators you can use any price but need to be aware of the way it works. The only price that does not change is the open, ie
first tick of the bar, close=open=high=low
second tick open = value of the first tick; open,high,low keep changing because the bar is forming. This is why some people that trade ticks use bid and ask and do not rely a lot on indicators
