How to do EA based on indicator arrows/obiects?
TA has only compare function >,<,=,etc.
I need only signal : buy when arrows up (0)
sell when arrows down(1)

It depends on how the person that coded the indicator designed the integration with an ea. Some coders create visual signals that do not integrate with eas - most of the indicators that use objects work this way. Technically, the coder has to assign the signal to a buffer for the ea to use.
For arrows, they can work fine (if the coder assigned the arrow to a buffer). The key here is to identify how to get the signal. Check this link that have some examples viewtopic.php?f=3&t=162
