...I have an EA with multiple orders max 3 .... if one of the trades hits the take profit all trades should be closed including pending orders.
Can i programm this with Strategy builder ?

Or any suggestion how this can be done ?

No. You cannot do an action triggered by take profit with the current version 3.2
You may use the mql and mql+ icons to do that but it requires lots of coding
