With the new revision it is possible to place multiple stop buy ... this is great.

I look for a way to close 1 to 3 trades when a certain combined profit target will result as well as close all pending orders.
Is this possible with stratregy builder ?
If yes please let me know

Not possible with version 3.2 unless you use coding
Probably your best bet is to use the MQL+ if you how how to code
Now in the MQL+ icon you can use any of the functions that are used in the ea. There is no profit function but you can create one looking at the code of the function that counts open positions. Again if you do not know coding and want just to use the icons it is not possible. This is one of the features that we want to add in version 3.3 for next year (we only do one big release per year and 3.2 is almost done)
