I have an EA that someone has requested an interest in. I would like to place an expiration date inside the EA so that after 30 days it no longer works. I think you guys do this with your product. Can you offer some insight into this please?

You need to add some code to the ea manually to check for expiration. Then compile the ea in metaeditor and distribute the ex4 file.
Create an ea that uses a time filter, then look at the code and base yours on that one. Probably you can find the code you need at mql4.com
