I am building a EA with a trailing stop, MBTraders doesn't allow you to send the order with a trailing stop, so I have made that adjustment is set to false. In the Sell icon I have a take profit at 12 pips and trail at 10 so my worse case is 2 pip. I don't see the stop loss be adjusted as the price keeps moving in my favor. Should the stop loss keep moving?

Have you done some backtesting? You should see the TS changing.
If you send your strategy to support at molanis.com we can test it with your broker.
