I need you to open a buy order immediately when the current candle reach 7 pips profit, and vice versa for sell.

You need to create a custom indicator and import it into SB...

it should look something like this

Open[i]+0.0007

Then in SB choose your time frame and have a condition: Bid >= (insert custom indi.)

Note: Leave shift at 0

Before adding more indicators this is why you need to create an indicator.
Using the ta icons you can create conditions like if a>b then.. but you want if a> b+7pips then.. which is not possible in a TA
What you need to do is create the b+7pips indicator, then in a TA import it into the strategy builder.
