Turning down alerts with new strategy!

Molanisfx or anyone else - I built a strategy to send alerts to me when my conditions are met. one of the conditions is that the bid price exceeds prior bar high. The alert works but keeps sending the same alert multiple times as the bid price hovers back and forth over the prior bar high. How can I set it to just send 1 alert when the condition is met and go "silent" after that?

I tried to use the Trade Management feature in "BUY" & "SELL" choosing "wait until an opposite trade is opened" to manage this but it did not work.

Please help!
