Hello Molanisfx,
Server time is 08:50.
Central Standard Time (CST) is 12:50 AM (Local time).
To start trading from 10:00pm to 11:00pm CST what
time should Trading Hours Start be set to using only the START icon?

The ea works using the server time. When the expert advisor is attached to a chart it prints out the server and local time.
To find out the time just use your math skills.
8:50 = 12:50
9:50 = 1:50 ...etc
