I keep getting an Error 147 - trade expiration denied by broker every time I use pending orders. I've tried setting the expiration on them from every number 0 to 500 almost. Is there something else I can do?

As per http://docs.mql4.com/trading/OrderSend
"Applying of pending order expiration time can be disabled in some trade servers. In this case, when a non-zero value is specified in the expiration parameter, the error 147 (ERR_TRADE_EXPIRATION_DENIED) will be generated."
You need to ask your broker. This error is due to your broker setup.
