How to get the EA indicator to show in the Chart

When using an EA the indicator that the EA is supposed to be working off does not show in the chart window. Why not? Do I need to install that separately?

That is an MT4 question and not a product support question
The only time an ea shows the indicators is in visual backtesting. For the rest you add it manually

That is a disappointing answer and shifting responsibility and it is a product support question. Isn't YOUR program supposed to be specific to MT4 so your customers can work with MT4? So how would an MT4 tech agent know why YOUR program doesn't perform in a certain way?

We did give you an answer:

This is the way mt4 works for any ea coded manually or created using or tools
