How can I create a color change in an indicator. For example, if I wanted the RSI to change color from black to red above 80 or to green below 20, how to do that?

The indicator builder creates continous signals - a color indicator is not a continous signal. Change color in mt4 uses a trick :
-it is 2 indicators
-if one shows the signal, the other one is zero and vicevera
-each indicator has its own color
