Does each EA have a Magic Number generated by the Strategy Builder? How many pairs can be traded with an EA at once? Does each pair need a different Magic Number for the sam EA?

Each ea has 2 magic numbers, one for short and one for long


In theory a lot. With molanis you can add as many as you want. In practice you should split it in several eas. Test the number of pairs that you feel comfortable with. Just keep in mind that an ea does not do multi tread, it puts all pairs in a queue. So they have to wait their turn. Also the ea is attached to one pair and is executed every time you get a new price for that pair. So you could get several prices for pair x but no trades because your ea is attached to pair Y

Unfortunately the strategy builder does not generate magic numbers, they always use the same number for every EA you create. So you have to change this manually in metatrader.

EAs generated with Molanis have 2 magic numbers. You can access them and change them if you have a pro version. So you open the code and put your own.
