quiet often I compare the same indicator by setting ">" or "<" and the only value I have to change is "SHIFT (1...)". Is it possible to get the same values as before if I use the same indicator in the Trading Rule Editor?

same values as before ? You mean values before you change the TA. After you hit OK, old values are replaced by new values. Try saving the file before you change the TA, make the change, generate the mql. To get previous values, close the file (do to save it before closing) and then reopen the file.
