I am running testing on three different platforms and I would like to know if I can output to all three platforms when I generate MQ4 code.

The generated eas work in any mt4 server. If the server is an ecn you need to set it up in the START icon (BUY/SELL include TP/TS set to No). Besides that there is no difference among servers.
