El indicador usado es Bearspower.

Las condiciones para ejecutar un Sell Order son:
(((valoranteriorbearspower > 0.00058) && (valoractualbearspower <= 0.00058)) || (valoranteriorbearspower >= -0.00058) && (valoractualbearspower < -0.00058))).

Las condiciones para ejecutar un Buy Order son:
(((valoranteriorbearspower < -0.00058) && (valoractualbearspower >= -0.00058)) || (valoranteriorbearspower < 0.00058) && (valoractualbearspower >= 0.00058))).

Fallas:
No esta ejecutando Buy and Sell Orders.

El parametro de periodo de bearspower lo tiene en 0, casi ningun indicador funciona con periodo 0. Tiene que usar un periodo que haga funcionar al indicador
Creo que mt4 usa por defecto un periodo de 13

Antes de preguntar en el foro haga un visual backtesting que permite detectar esos errores
