While you get the logic right I would trade bars instead of ticks. Also do not use shift 0 but 1.
Remove the CL/CS logic for now. And change the psar part.
Parabolic SAR gives buy signal - I think this should be defined as psar < low (and not the open) You may want to do the same for the sell signal
