Please can one help me with with the ff;

1.ADX ,+D and -D crossover ?

2.How to design Parabolic SAR.

Could you please elaborate on your questions?
For 1, we have many crossover examples in the examples pages, also the user guide has many pages explaining hot to create crossovers (see molanis.com/support/manuals)
You just need to select the right indicator mode fo use +dmi or -dmi

For 2, you mean design an indicator or use it in an expert advisor for mt4?

Check http://ta.mql4.com/indicators/trends/parabolic_sar
The logic would be
BUY when the indicator is below the price (for price you can select high, low, open, close - whatever fits with your strategy)
SELL when the indicator is above the price
