Please take a look at GOLD 15 Minutes and apply the EA attached ...
today at 11.14.00 (europe time), placed a buy order that don't respect the trading rules ... in particular the ichimoku tenkan sen is below the kiju-sen and should be over for the long entry!
tenkan-sen was 1393,665
kijun was 1393,82
why ??
thank you

If you are verifying your trades with the chart you need to change the ea to avoid using the crurrent bar or shift 0.
The charts plot the close price, the trade takes place at the open so you are comparing values at a different time. This is why you think the ea makes a wrong trade, The generated eas only trade when the trigger (TAs icons) is true.
I always create the eas using shift 1, after I verify the signals I change it to 0

at the closing bar the values are tenkan=1393,665 and kijun=1393,82 so tenkan<kijun , at the next open of the bar the tenkan is still < kijun.
So i don't understand why the trigger is true :?:

How are you looking at the indicator value at the open?

That is not really reliable. You may get two ticks in a row. Your best test it to use shift 1 for the visual testing. Or maybe some code to print out the indicator value.

With that indicator there is no way to see the value at the open in a historical chart. In other indicators you can say calculate the value using the open price.
