Hi Support I made an ea to produce trades on reversal patterns - see attached. When I run this ea in strategy tester it stops at the first trade - any ideas why this is ?

The ea looks for a 3 bar continuous pattern in either direction and then an engulfing reversal to activate a buy or sell trade. .mol file attached

If the backtesting stops and does not finish it is a mt4 issue. Maybe you do not have all data or have errors on the data. Try opening a chart, move it to get data for a week and then backtest that week. I did backtest the ea on my end and there are no issues |
