Tick versus close of bar

Are there any plans to allow for trading with both tick data and close of bar in the same ea?

For instance, open on a tick cross of an ma and close the position only on the bar close?

No. It's too confusing for users. We only trade ticks or bars.

Okay, makes sense.

Is there a way in indicator Builder to build an indicator that would reference the first tick after the top of the hour that could be called in a strategy?

I would like my strategy to open on a tick and close on a bar close, next bar open... and I am trying to figure out how to make that happen without hiring a programmer.

Basically I am trying to trigger the open on a tick cross of a MA and then close that trade on the close above/below another MA.

It's not possible. Indicators use one of the following for calculations:open,high,low,close
What you want not standard so a custom development is required.
