Hi, Can anyone help with my ea. I have created a pretty simple ea. It works fine but occasionally has a totally wrong TP or SL. It only does it randomly and then will be fine again. Is this happening to anyone else, and what is the problem. Thanks in advance people. |

In theory If you use an ecn that could we the cause (but I haven't seen it). For ecns the order is sent first, then after the server ok the order and executes it, the ea sends the stops. In theory If the market changes in the moment the server is processing the order, the stops may be recalculated with the next price. |

what is an ecn? the ea is used on an instatrader platform, that is sometimes slow to execute a trade. I can not see how I could fix the ea, it is quite simple and I have checked it plenty on times. |

If you need help you need to post your strategy or send it by email. We had a complain about that before and at the end the problem was that people added some custom code to the ea that was not working fine. |
